It's a goal achievement app that breaks a big goal down into milestones, and each milestone into to-dos you can take on today. The aim is to always know your next step, so you can feel yourself making progress.

PasoPaso is available as a web app you can use right in your browser, as an iOS app on the App Store, and as an Android app on Google Play.

You can try it as a guest. Note that guest data is stored on your device, so it isn't carried over if you reinstall or switch devices, and purchases and restores of the Plus plan aren't available while using the app as a guest. We recommend creating an account for ongoing use.

You can sign in through external identity providers such as Apple, Google, X, and GitHub. Your data is tied to your PasoPaso account, so signing in with the same account lets you pick up where you left off on another device or browser.

Start by adding the goal you want to reach, then place milestones as checkpoints along the way. Break each milestone down into to-dos small enough to start today. You don't need to get the plan perfect up front — revising as you go is expected.

Based on the goal you registered, AI suggests possible milestones and tasks. Use it as a starting point when breaking a goal down feels hard. Everything it generates can be edited or deleted afterwards. The Free plan has a monthly limit on generations.

When you are signed in, your goals, milestones, and tasks are saved to your PasoPaso account and synced between the web app and the mobile app. Guest data is stored on your device and is not automatically migrated to the cloud when you create an account or sign in.

The Free plan covers the essentials, from breaking goals down to reviewing your progress. Plus removes the limit on how many goals you can create and the monthly limit on AI task generation. See the Plans page for details.

Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel before the current subscription period ends, it renews automatically at the same term and price.

You can cancel at any time from the app: go to your profile → Settings → Manage subscription. You can also cancel auto-renewal from the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. After cancellation, Plus remains available until the end of the current subscription period.

Plus entitlements are tied to your PasoPaso account, not to your device or your Apple ID / Google account. Sign in with the same PasoPaso account you used at purchase to restore it. Purchases and restores are not available while signed out or using the app as a guest.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Note that deleting your account alone does not stop Plus from renewing — cancel the subscription first, either from your profile → Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or from the App Store / Google Play settings.

Once you delete your account, you can no longer use it and your goals and other data are no longer shown. The data itself, however, is not erased at that moment: it is deleted or anonymized progressively after a certain period. You retain the rights to the content you enter, such as goals, milestones, and tasks. We handle it only as needed to store, sync, and provide the service, and it is never made public. See the Privacy Policy for details.
